Specialties: Christy enjoys working with children and adolescents (Ages 6-18) with a variety of mental health challenges and developmental disabilities- specifically, trauma, autism, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She works with the individual to target coping skills, anger management, and expanding social skills and self esteem.
Summary: Christy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 20 years experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of mental health challenges, developmental and cognitive disabilities, as well as trauma. She is passionate about building on individual's strengths and skills to help them feel more empowered to navigate life's challenges and improve their overall quality of life.
