Summary: My name is Alissa, and I am a clinical intern studying at Carroll University. I am committed to hosting a nonjudgmental and welcoming space for children, young adults, and their families to explore emotions, rebuild collaborative relationships, and cultivate an internal motivation to live a healthy lifestyle. Using an integrative approach, I focus on viewing my clients through a holistic perspective, encouraging authenticity, and establishing autonomy throughout therapy, as well as using a little humor! I believe in empowering my clients by highlighting their unique personal strengths to bolster their journeys toward fulfillment.
