How We Make a Difference
Access Community Therapies LLC is a mental health counseling center that provides counseling and supportive services to children, families, individuals and the community. Located in Grafton, WI, this clinic was founded to support the growing need for counseling and supportive services in the area. Erin Perez, MA, LPC, is the founder and clinic director and has been working with children, families, and communities in Ozaukee County for the past 20 years. In addition to two community clinics (Sheboygan and Grafton), Access Community Therapies also offers 28 school based locations. We are partnered with United Way of Sheboygan County’s PATH program, several school districts, and county CCS programs. We offer a variety of services from outpatient mental health counseling (children, adults, families, couples, groups and school based), consulting, and trainings.
